Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VeraCerti. By accessing our platform, utilizing the VeraCerti AI Auditor, or enrolling in our compliance monitoring subscriptions, you (“The Customer”, “Auditor”, or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the B2B relationship between you and VeraCerti.

1. Scope of Service VeraCerti provides an AI-assisted compliance parsing software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to analyze, track, and monitor third-party supplier certifications (e.g., ISO, REACH, RoHS). The platform acts as an automated analysis tool to help teams synthesize compliance status.

2. No Legal Advice Disclaimer VeraCerti utilizes advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to parse and match metadata thresholds within uploaded documentation against structural regulatory parameters. VeraCerti does not provide formal legal advice, regulatory certifications, or legally binding verification compliance audits. The final evaluation, validation, and risk acceptance of any supplier documentation remain the sole, exclusive responsibility of the Customer.

3. Fees, Top-Ups, and Upgrades

• Auditor Starter: Billed annually at €99/year net of VAT, limiting tracking capabilities to 10 active suppliers. Additional 10-supplier booster packs may be purchased for €99/pack. Upon reaching a threshold of 100 active suppliers, the account will transition to the Professional tier.

• Auditor Professional: Billed monthly at €499/month net of VAT.

• VAT & Taxes: All displayed prices are net of VAT. Valid EU VAT IDs must be provided at checkout to apply the cross-border reverse charge mechanism where applicable under EU tax laws.

4. Data Ownership & Content The Customer retains all intellectual property rights to the supplier documentation uploaded to the platform. The Customer grants VeraCerti a limited, secure license to process, parse, and analyze the uploaded files solely to deliver and optimize platform performance indicators.
